Platform Usage Rules – Malaysia

Welcome to ye55, an online Sports Betting and casino platform operated for users in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ye55 ("Platform", "We", "ye55"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by ye55, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the ye55 platform immediately. ye55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use ye55's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. ye55 does not permit use of the platform by underage individuals in any form and conducts periodic age verification checks.
• Is a Malaysian resident or citizen valid, or are physically located within Malaysia when using the platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not an employee, partner, or contractor of ye55 or any of its affiliated companies.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list submitted to ye55.

Ye55 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If a member is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the account may be suspended or terminated and all funds will be handled in accordance with the relevant policy.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at ye55. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and date of birth. ye55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as your MyKad at any time for verification purposes.

• Account passwords must be kept confidential. ye55 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a password being shared or compromised by the member.
• Members are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ye55 support immediately for security action.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, including your username and password, is strictly prohibited.

Ye55 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Members are encouraged to enable this feature for better account protection.

Ye55 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

• Amount minimum deposit is MYR 10 and will be credited to your account within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Ye55 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• The only accepted currency is Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
• Ye55 reserves the right to decline or return any deposit suspected to originate from an illegitimate source.

Ye55 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the timeframe specified according to the member's VIP tier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review.

• Amount minimum withdrawal is RM20 per transaction.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, ye55 may require identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bronze members: withdrawal within 24 hours | Silver: 12 hours | Gold: 6 hours | Platinum: 2 hours | Diamond: 30 minutes.
• Ye55 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review if unusual account activity is detected.
• Ye55 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any charges are levied by the payment provider.

If a withdrawal is not received within the stated timeframe, please contact ye55 support with your transaction number for prompt investigation.

Ye55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Every member is entitled to one (1) welcome bonus only, for the lifetime of the membership. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• The standard rollover requirement for deposit bonuses ranges from 8x to 15x, depending on the bonus type. Specific terms are stated in each individual promotion offer.
• VIP cashback bonuses carry no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly.
• Ye55 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent activity or promotional abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the rollover requirements have been met.
• All promotions have an expiry date. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

All Sports Betting at ye55 — covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more — is subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members, except in situations where ye55 voids a match due to a technical error.
• If a match is postponed and resumed within 24-hour period, the bet remains valid. If more than 24 hours have elapsed or the event is fully cancelled, the bet will be voided.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply. Any changes in odds after a bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.
• Ye55 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect or inaccurate due to a technical error.
• The minimum bet is RM2, and maximum limits vary depending on the sport type, VIP tier, and market in question.
• For in-play (live betting) wagers, results are final based on the time-limit system set by ye55.

For esports betting events such as Mobile Legends Bang Bang (MPL Malaysia, M-Series), Dota 2, CS2, and Valorant, bet settlement follows the official results announced by the respective tournament organiser.

All Live Casino games at ye55 — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — as well as slots, are powered by licensed software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Microgaming. All games use audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.

• Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is documented evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, ye55 will settle bets based on server records. Screenshots submitted by members are not considered official records.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live baccarat table and slots game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Progressive jackpot winnings will be credited in full in accordance with the game provider's verification procedures. Large jackpot payouts may require additional processing time.

The ye55 VIP Rewards Programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All members start at Bronze automatically and can advance to higher tiers by accumulating VIP Points through betting activity.

• VIP points are calculated based on total wager amount (not deposits) at a rate determined by the member's current tier.
• VIP Cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses and credited every Monday with no rollover requirement.
• VIP status is maintained as long as the member meets the minimum monthly activity requirement set for that tier.
• Ye55 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with prior notice to members.
• VIP Points cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.

Ye55 expects all members to use the platform honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other members to manipulate bonus conditions.
• Identity Fraud – using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.
• Money laundering — using the ye55 platform as a channel to transfer funds derived from illegal sources.
• Odds arbitrage – systematically placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to exploit differences in odds.
• Use of bots or automated software – using any automated tool to place bets or participate in casino games.
• Hacking or technical interference — any attempt to interfere with or exploit ye55's technical systems.

Ye55 employs advanced fraud detection technology. Accounts suspected of prohibited activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.

Ye55 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
• A request from the member themselves to close their account (voluntary closure).
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from the relevant legal authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings or by contacting ye55 customer support. Any valid account balance will be returned once all conditions have been settled. In cases of closure due to a terms violation, ye55 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with fraudulent activity.

Ye55 cares about the wellbeing of its members and is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help members manage their betting activity:

• Deposit limit – set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Loss limit – cap the amount of losses you can incur within a set period.
• Bet limit – set a maximum limit for each individual bet.
• Cooling-off period – take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion – request a long-term self-exclusion ranging from 6 months to lifetime.

• Losses resulting from an account password that was shared or compromised by the member themselves.
• Ordinary betting losses that form part of the inherent risk of wagering activities.
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the member during registration.

Ye55 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Notifications will be provided through ye55's official channels whenever maintenance is planned.

Ye55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the ye55 platform after any amendment comes into effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
